Zed The Baker is a brand of Advanced Baking Concepts Pvt. Ltd., founded and led by Haroon Sait and Zaid Sait — a father–son duo who bring together decades of global experience and youthful innovation. For us, food is not just about taste, but about the feeling it leaves behind — warmth, comfort, and joy.
Our Growth
From the very beginning, Zed The Baker set out to be more than just a bakery. We grew into a full-fledged café and restaurant model, serving everything from freshly baked croissants, quiches, pies, tarts, and hand-crafted desserts to wholesome breakfasts, hearty lunches, and indulgent fine-dining experiences. Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, uncompromising quality, and the same passion we bring to our own tables at home.

Our journey has also grown beyond our cafés. Through our catering services, we serve multinational companies, diplomatic missions, and embassies — including prestigious consulates such as the British High Commission, French Embassy, and others.
